Who is affected?
Users using Exchange IMAP email clients.
More details:
The IMAP email service failed on one of two UW client access servers at 12:20 pm, Monday, March 21st. As a result, IMAP connections may be slower than normal.
Problem resolution:
IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 12:45 pm, Monday, March 21st.
