At approximately 9:27 am this morning, Tuesday, March 1st, an inadvertent shut-down of virtual webserver caused a brief interruption in service,affecting several UW websites, including PIStOL (PeopleSoft Financials) and WyoCast.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by approximately 9:35 am, Tuesday, March 1st.
