Who is affected?

Some users attempting to log into UW Outlook Web Access.

At approximately 9:30 am this morning, Monday, March 9th, IT was aware of problems with some user's attempts to log into Outlook Web Access via http://uwmail.uwyo.edu.  The symptom of the problem involved an error message regarding an incorrect username or password.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel have made a configuration change in an attempt to correct the problem. If you experience this problem after entering your username and password correctly, try entering your username as uwyo\username. If that does not solve the problem please contact the IT HelpDesk for assistance.
