Users attempting to access the UW ResNet residential computer network.

At approximately 11:20 am this morning, Thursday, January 27th, IT was aware of problems affecting the availability of the ResNet network, including both wired and wireless access and affecting all dormitories and married student housing.

Problem resolution:

Network service was restored by 11:30 am, Thursday, January 27th.
