Who is affected?
Users attempting to print to UW network printers via the PrintPress print server.
More details:
at 8:54 am this morning, Wednesday, January 26th, a problem with the PrintPress network printing service resulted in the unavailability of network printing.
Problem resolution:
IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 9:20 am, Wednesday, January 26th.
