Who is affected?

Users attempting to connect to the UW computer network from locations in Wyo Hall.

More details:

At approximately 8:00 am this morning, Monday, December 20th, IT received calls from users reporting problems connecting to the network from locations on the first floor of Wyo Hall.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 8:44 am, Monday, December 20th.
