Who is affected?

Users of the UW VoIP (voice over IP) telephone service attempting to place long distance calls.

At approximately 2:30 pm today, Monday, November 15th, IT was aware of problems with the UW VoIP telephone system long distance service.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 4:00 pm, Monday, November 15th.
