Some users attempting to access UW voice mail (Unified Messaging).

More details:

Tuesday morning, October 5th, IT received calls from users reporting problems with the telephone voice mail system.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 11:00 am, Tuesday, October 5th.
