Users attempting to access the UW computer network and the Internet from locations in the Kendall House.

More details:

At approximately 11:00 am, Wednesday, September 1st, IT was aware of problems with network connectivity in the Kendall House.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored service by 6:00 pm, Friday, September 17th.
