Who is affected?

Some users attempting to leave voice mail messages on UW phones.

On Friday, August 13, 2010 at 1:33 pm IT received reports that some callers were not able to leave voice mail messages and were experiencing dropped calls.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 2:00 pm, Friday, August 13th.
