Who is affected?

Users attempting to connect to the UW computer network or the Internet from locations in the Education Building.

More details:

At approximately 11:30 am this morning, Wednesday, August 4th, IT received a call from a customer reporting network connection problems in the Education Building.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel resolved an individual workstation problem. Network connectivity was not involved.
