Warehouse File Storage Access Problems

Who is affected?
Some users attempting to access their data files stored on Warehouse.
More details:
For some users their Warehouse storage areas appear to be empty. Their data files are still present on the server and have not been lost, although they are unable to see them. This problem does not occur for all all users.
Problem resolution:
IT personnel restarted the Warehouse server, which corrected the problem by 2:35 pm, Thursday, July 22nd.
