At 1:25 am this morning, Sunday, June 13th, the WyoWeb portal experienced a critical error during a system upgrade. As a result the portal is unavailable.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel mitigated the problem and restored normal service by approximately 10:00 am, Sunday, June 13th.
