at approximately 3:15 pm today, Thursday, May 13th, IT was aware of problems with the availability of the ResNet computer network (residence halls, River Village apartments).

Problem resolution:

A network hardware component self-corrected and network service was restored by approximately 3:30 pm, Thursday, May 13th.
