Who is affected?
UW VoIP (Cisco) telephone users attempting to place calls to all phones other than UW Voip system phones.
More details:
At 7:55 am this morning, Friday, February 20th, IT was aware of problems with the UW VoIP telephone system. Campus users with VoIP telephones could place calls to and receive calls from other UW VoIP telephones only.
Problem resolution:
IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 8:05 am, Friday, February 20th.
