Who is affected?
Users attempting to print to UWStudent network printers.
More details:
At approximately 1:35 pm today, Thursday, March 11th, IT was aware of problems with the UWStudent (Grail) network printing system.
Problem resolution:
IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 1:55 pm, Thursday, March 11th.
