At approximately 3:00 pm today, Tuesday, March 9th, IT was aware of problems with the Hershey imaging system, causing it to be unavailable.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 3:30 pm, Tuesday, March 9th.
