Who is affected?
Users attempting to print to the UW student printing network, Grail.
More details:
At approximately 2:45 pm today, Thursday, February 19th, IT was aware of problems with the UW student printing network, Grail, causing it to be unavailable.
Problem resolution:
IT personnel corrected the problem by resetting the system service and restored normal operation by 3:00 pm, Thursday, February 19th.
