Who is affected?
Users connected-to or attempting to connect to the UW Remote Student Lab System.
More details:
At approximately 8:50 am this morning, Wednesday, February 24th, IT was aware of the general failure of the UW Remote Student Lab System. All active sessions lost their connections at that time.
Problem resolution:
IT personnel restored normal service at 8:54 am, Wednesday, February 24th. Users who lost connections could reconnect to the system after that time and have their interrupted sessions restored.
