Users of the Hershey imaging system.
More details:
As of approximately 11:30 am this morning, Friday, January 8th, IT was aware that users were experiencing periodic slowdowns with the Hershey imaging application.
Problem resolution:
IT personnel are investigating the problem and are in contact with the system vendor. No estimated time for correction of the problem is currently available.
