Who is affected?

Users attempting to log into some UW applications.

Early this morning, Wednesday, December 30th, IT was aware of problems with user authentication on some UW computer applications. Applications that were affected included the UWStudent Remote Computer Lab System, the WyoSecure VPN and UW PeopleSoft applications.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 4:10 pm, Wednesday, December 30th.
