Who is affected?
Users placing unanswered calls to campus Nortel phone sets.
More details:
At approximately 9:15 am this morning, Wednesday, November 11th, IT was aware of a problem with Unified Messaging and campus Nortel phone sets. When an individual calls a user with a Nortel phone and is sent to voice mail the generic greeting is played instead of the user specific greeting. This prevents the caller from leaving voice mail.
Problem resolution:
IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 9:30 am, Wednesday, November 11th.
