WyoWeb Faculty Dashboard Problems

Who is affected?
Users attempting to access the Faculty Dashboard in WyoWeb.
More details:
Users may see slow response, no course showing in the dashboard, no course showing for a particular semester. If the "more" link is clicked an empy page is being displayed.
Problem resolution:
IT personnel are investigating the problem. No estimated time for correction of the problem is currently available.
For the time being, please use the following work-around if this behavior is encountered:
Use the Banner self-service channel instead of using the Faculty Dashboard. The Banner self-service channel should also be located on the Faculty tab. Its default location is the second channel in the right most column. Banner self-service does not have a single page which displays all of the information available in the Faculty Dashboard, but all of the information is available. Most of the information should be available on the 'Active Assignments' page or the 'Assignment History' page under Faculty and Advisors.
Updated 10/27:
IT personnel have resolved all of the problems with the WyoWeb Faculty Dashboard, with the exception of slow response when attempting to edit Faculty Dashboard settings while using the Internet Explorer browser.
