Users of UW Cisco telephone sets.
More details:
As of mid-morning this morning, Wednesday, September 30th, IT was aware of problems with the MWI (message waiting indicator) light on UW Cisco telephone sets causing the light to not function.
Problem resolution:
IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 12:30 pm, Thursday, October 1st.
