Who is affected?
Users attempting to access the UW network remotely via WyoSecure.
More details:
At approximately 9:50 am, Saturday, October 31st, IT was aware of problems affecting the availability of WyoSecure VPN service.
Problem resolution:
IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 2:00 pm, Saturday, October 31st.
