Who is affected?

User's attempting to access WyoCloud, Time Clock Plus, and Office 365 are getting a blank screen.

To address a reoccurring issue, on Saturday, November 9th beginning at 7am, the problem domain controller will be upgraded.

Everything is back to normal operating status this morning.

One of the Domain Controllers was having problems. We have removed it from the pool which has improved performance and are in the process or rebuilding it.

Priority Levels:

High -- (affects a majority of campus and/or applications used by a majority of campus) – updated hourly

Medium -- (affects a substantial portion of campus and/or applications used by them) – Updated every 2 hours

Low -- (affects or minimal portion of campus and/or has minimal impact on applications used on campus) – Updated every 4 hours

None -- (minimal to no urgency associated with resolving the incident/event) – Will update when resolved.
