It has been reported that some people are unable to perform what-if functionality within DegreeWorks. An error indicating that the school or degree selected is invalid may be displayed. |

At approximately, 9:39 a.m. on 08/20, it was reported that some people may be unable to perform the what-if functionality within DegreeWorks with an error message stating that the school or degree selected is not valid. |

Problem Resolution: |
After the vendor patch was put into Degreeworks on 8/21, no further errors have been reported. The patch appears to have resolved the issue. |

None -- (minimal to no urgency associated with resolving the incident/event) – Will update when resolved.
