Microsoft Office apps may not work on Mac devices |

Details: |
Microsoft released patches yesterday for the Office 365 applications on Mac devices. It was determined that there is an issue with the code that can cause the applications to not load after updating. Microsoft is working on a fix and anticipate they will have it ready for release within 24 hours. |
Problem Resolution: |
Microsoft has indicated that they fixed the issues with the updates. |

Low -- (affects or minimal portion of campus and/or has minimal impact on applications used on campus) – Updated every 4 hours
None -- (minimal to no urgency associated with resolving the incident/event) – Will update when resolved.
