Following an upgrade to Banner/WyoRecords, users attempting to access DegreeWorks from the WyoRecords Advisor Profile page receive an error indicating that the server is unavailable. |

Problem Resolution: |
WyoRecords can now link to DegreeWorks successfully from Advisor/Student profile. The issue was an incompatibility between the WyoRecords Advisor Profile and Java. |
