Details: |
Between midnight and six AM Sunday August 27th Warehouse storage will be moved to a new storage cluster. This will require disconnecting any clients connected to Warehouse at the time of migration. Once the migration is complete shares should resume working as normal. |
Problem Resolution: |
Warehouse has been migrated to the new cluster and appears to be working as expected. Because the sync schedule was increased on Friday to copy changes to the new cluster every six hours, users may notice more than the expected number of snapshots in their "Previous Versions" dialog when trying to restore files. This is expected. The extra snapshots should age out after 30 days as normal. After tonight the schedule will return to one snapshot per day. |
