Problem:	WyoCloud BI Reporting: Unable to sign on and report errors

Details:	The WyoCloud BI Reporting system is seeing degregated performance. This may prevent users from signing in. Users who get signed in may find reports that do not render and return errors.
Updates:	4/12/2017 8:51:33 AM: Oracle applied a fix overnight. the production BI system is available. 4/10/2017 1:17:30 PM: Today, Monday April 10th at 1pm we are seeing that the production WyoCloud BI system is not accepting login attempts.� We have re-escalated this hot page and notified the vendor.� The priority of our SR with Oracle remains to be Severity 1, 24/7. 3/27/2017 8:09:11 AM: BICS seems to be working fairly well.� Still waiting on official word from Oracle that the bug has been resolved. 3/26/2017 8:49:54 AM: BICS seems to be available this morning.� We are still waiting for confirmation from Oracle support.
Problem Resolution:	Oracle applied a fix overnight. the production BI system is available.
