Details:

On Wednesday, March 29, 2017, beginning at about 6:30 am the Network Security team will move network routing and security to newer hardware for Blackboard and Sequoia servers.  After client testing of those changes, the UW Store network routing and security will be moved.  Additional IT Staff will be available for testing and to assist clients. Little or no downtime is anticipated.

Problem Resolution: 

The scheduled work was completed at about 7:00 am and testing finsihied before 7:30 am.

High -- (affects a majority of campus and/or applications used by a majority of campus) – updated hourly

Medium -- (affects a substantial portion of campus and/or applications used by them) – Updated every 2 hours

Low -- (affects or minimal portion of campus and/or has minimal impact on applications used on campus) – Updated every 4 hours

None -- (minimal to no urgency associated with resolving the incident/event) – Will update when resolved.
