Details: |
At approximately 8AM, March 21st we will be upgrading the pinnacle servers to the latest version. The expected downtime is about 4 hours. |
Problem Resolution: |
The upgrade has been completed. Issues were encountered which caused the upgrade to run longer then expected. Users should clear their browser cache before logging into the https://sagebrush.uwyo.edu server. |

None -- (minimal to no urgency associated with resolving the incident/event) – Will update when resolved.
