Who is affected?

Users in the University apartments, Day Care and some athletic venues are without network due to a problem in the east area of campus.

Details:

We were notified of problems in the east area at about 10:55 am. There is no estimate for a return to service. Staff are on the way out to east campus.

Updates:

2/3/2017 5:00:14 PM:
- A configuration change has been made for all university apartments.

2/3/2017 3:44:46 PM:
- Service has been restored and another configuration change has been made for Spanish Walk apartments.

Priority Levels:

High -- (affects a majority of campus and/or applications used by a majority of campus) – updated hourly

Medium -- (affects a substantial portion of campus and/or applications used by them) – Updated every 2 hours

Low -- (affects or minimal portion of campus and/or has minimal impact on applications used on campus) – Updated every 4 hours

None -- (minimal to no urgency associated with resolving the incident/event) – Will update when resolved.
