It was discovered this morning (at approximately 06:57) that some users were experiencing slowness and time out errors when accessing WyoCourses (Canvas). This was caused by an error during the maintenance event earlier this morning. As this is impacting an increasing number of users, Instructure (the creators of Canvas) will be performing emergency maintenance on WyoCourses that is anticipated to take 90 minutes. |

The emergency maintenance has been completed and WyoCourses should be available once again. |

Priority Levels:
High -- (affects a majority of campus and/or applications used by a majority of campus) – updated hourly
Medium -- (affects a substantial portion of campus and/or applications used by them) – Updated every 2 hours
Low -- (affects or minimal portion of campus and/or has minimal impact on applications used on campus) – Updated every 4 hours
None -- (minimal to no urgency associated with resolving the incident/event) – Will update when resolved.
