Who is affected?

Macintosh users who are running Webroot agent version 9.0.2.42 or lower and upgrading to Sierra

Details:

Users must upgrade to Webroot agent version 9.0.2.45 or later before upgrading their Mac operating system to Sierra. None -- (minimal to no urgency associated with resolving the incident/event) – Will update when resolved.
