The Live Agent tool Canvas Support uses to chat with WyoCourses users will be undergoing maintenance on Sunday, September 25th from 12:00 AM to 12:30 AM. The chat service (called "Chat with Canvas Support" located under the WyoCourses Help menu) will not be available during this time, but Canvas Support will be standing by to accept phone calls at 855-778-9971 and cases submitted through the "Report a Problem" link in the WyoCourses Help menu. |
