Users located West of 15th Street are affected.

West Campus networking down due to power outage

Details:

An electrical outage due to a power pole fire resulted in a power outage affecting the campus west of 15th Street.   IT personnel are investigating. 

Problem Resolution: 

Network service has been restored to to all locations between 15th and 9th streets. The Plant Sciences Greenhouse and Jacoby Golf Course are not on the University power grid and are being addressed seperately by Rocky Mountain Power. Services there are still unavailable.

Priority Levels:

High -- (affects a majority of campus and/or applications used by a majority of campus) – updated hourly

Medium -- (affects a substantial portion of campus and/or applications used by them) – Updated every 2 hours

Low -- (affects or minimal portion of campus and/or has minimal impact on applications used on campus) – Updated every 4 hours

None -- (minimal to no urgency associated with resolving the incident/event) – Will update when resolved.
