Users attempting to leave or access Voice Mail.

Office 365

Details:

Office 365 is currently having an issue that sometimes prevents users from accessing Voice Mail. The issue does not happen 100% of the time, but it is quite common. We have an open service case with Microsoft and they are aware of the issue and are currently investigating it.

Problem Resolution: 

Final Status: Engineers have determined that an update was deployed to the affected infrastructure resulting in service impact. Engineers rerouted traffic through an alternate capacity which restored service functionality.

Priority Levels:

High -- (affects a majority of campus and/or applications used by a majority of campus) – updated hourly

Medium -- (affects a substantial portion of campus and/or applications used by them) – Updated every 2 hours

Low -- (affects or minimal portion of campus and/or has minimal impact on applications used on campus) – Updated every 4 hours

None -- (minimal to no urgency associated with resolving the incident/event) – Will update when resolved.
