Anyone attempting to connect to file shares on warehouse, studentfiles, UW-Bulk.

Service has been restored.

Talked to infrastructure about this issue. They are currently troubleshooting this with the vendor. They have been able to pull the logs and are restarting individual services. There is no update on an expected time for all services to be restored.
At approximately 12:00 PM Friday April 8th, the storage cluster that hosts file shares for Warehouse, UW-Bulk and Student labs appears to have crashed. NFS exports on the cluster appear to be unaffected.
EMC is still troubleshooting. We have a workaround to restore service in the event of another failure.
