Any customers who received an email entitled "Your electronic W-2 is ready" on Wednesday 2/10/16. |

Problem Resolution: |
IT personnel are working on removing these emails from the system. Any customer who clicked the link should contact the UWIT Help Desk at 766-4357, option 1, to secure their UW account. All of these emails are removed. We sent an announcement out to campus about this email. We have responded to all calls and emails that came into the Help Desk about this. |

None -- (minimal to no urgency associated with resolving the incident/event) – Will update when resolved.
