Details: |
An upgrade to the Blackboard application is scheduled to take place at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, January 10th. This should NOT affect doors or building access as the doors should continue to operate in an 'offline' mode. Likewise, retail operations will not be running at that time so there should be no affect there either. Vending machines _may_ be affected during the ugprade. It is anticpated that the upgrade will take 2-4 hours. The major clients have been notified and are aware of the scheduled upgrade. An update will be posted once the work has been completed. |

None -- (minimal to no urgency associated with resolving the incident/event) – Will update when resolved.
