Up-to-Date System Information: is taking a very long time to load

Who is affected?

Anyone trying to access will have to wait a couple minutes for it to come up.

Problem: is taking a very long time to load

Systems Involved:



First reported 9:45 AM on 10/5/2015. We were able to reproduce the issue in the help desk. We tried it in IE, Firefox, and Chrome. WyoWeb does load in them eventually, but it took a couple minutes in each of the browsers.

Forgot to include ticket number.

Problem Resolution: 

WyoWeb is loading normally now. Issue was confirmed on several computers in the Help Desk, but could not be reproduced by systems. Issue seems to have resolved itself.

Medium -- (affects a substantial portion of campus and/or applications used by them) – Updated every 2 hours

Low -- (affects or minimal portion of campus and/or has minimal impact on applications used on campus) – Updated every 4 hours

None -- (minimal to no urgency associated with resolving the incident/event) – Will update when resolved.
