Who is affected?

Users attempting to look at a degree evaluation in WyoRecords or using https://wyotransfer.uwyo.edu.

Details:

On Sunday, June 28th, maintenance will be performed on the system that generates the degree evaluations. This will start around 4:00 am after the scheduled backups and will require approximately 5 hours of downtime.

The following links in WyoRecords will not work during this time.
For Students: Student Records -> Degree Evaluation.
For Faculty: Faculty and Advisors -> Degree Works and Faculty and Advisors -> Student Information Menu -> Degree Evaluation.

WyoRecords and Internet Native Banner will be available.

The wyotransfer.uwyo.edu site will also be unavailable during this time

Maintenance is complete and the Office of the Registrar  has verified that there aren't any major issues.

wyotransfer.uwyo.edu has also been available since around 8:00 am.

Degree Evaluations were made available around 8:00 am. The Office of the Registrar is currently looking over the upgrade to verify that there aren't any major issues.

Problem Resolution: 

The degree evaluations will be available as soon as the maintenance is complete.
