Users with web pages on the Cascade/CMS application will be unable to edit or publish changes to their pages. |

Details: |
At 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 13th, the Cascade/CMS application will be migrated to new servers. During this time the database will also be upgraded to Oracle 11.2.0.4 -- This migration is scheduled to take 4 hours and should be completed by midnight. During this time clients will not be able to edit or publish web pages on the CMS/Cascade application. This should not affect the availability or ability to access www.uwyo.edu sites - just their modification by site owners. |
Problem Resolution: |
IT personnel are performing a scheduled update to the CMS/Cascade application between 8:00 pm and midnight during the evening of Saturday, June 13th. |

Priority Levels:
High -- (affects a majority of campus and/or applications used by a majority of campus) – updated hourly
Medium -- (affects a substantial portion of campus and/or applications used by them) – Updated every 2 hours
Low -- (affects or minimal portion of campus and/or has minimal impact on applications used on campus) – Updated every 4 hours
None -- (minimal to no urgency associated with resolving the incident/event) – Will update when resolved.
