Some Exchange users that have mailboxes located on Ponyexpress-MB3 are being required to manually enter their username and password when logging into Outlook.  Note that users must enter their username in the form uwyo\[username] .

IT will perform maintenance tonight, Wednesday, November 18th, beginning at midnight, on Ponyexpress-MB3 to try and correct the problem. Users on Ponyexpress-MB3 will experience interruptions accessing their mailbox as a result of the maintenance.  It is anticipated that maintenance will take no more than 30 minutes.

Updated 11/19, 9:00 am:

Following maintenance there were still a few users that are being required to log in when opening Outlook.   IT is still investigating the cause of the issue and working to restore normal service for those users that are still experiencing the problem.
