Users attempting to access UW websites, ImageNow system, UWStudent remote lab system.

At approximately 8:00 am this morning, Thursday, September 17th, IT was aware of a system problem affecting mutliple system servers, including UW web servers, ImageNow system, UWStudent remote lab system.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service for UW websites, the ImageNow and WebNow systems, and the UWStudent Remote Lab system by 8:30 am, Thursday, September 17th.
