Who is affected?
At 2:40PM, Jesse Ballard report GRAIL printing was not working. An investigate reveal the Print Spooler service failed at 2:32PM.
More details:
It was restarted at 2:50PM and service was restored. We are still investigating the cause.
Problem resolution:
IT personal added resources to Grail. Issue has been resolved.
