At approximately 3:25 pm today, Thursday, November 13th, IT was aware of problems affecting the availability of UW Banner (including INB and SSB), WyoRecords, and the Job Scheduler for Banner and Advance.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 3:42 pm, Thursday, November 13th.
