Users attempting to make telephone calls from UW VoIP phones to off-campus numbers.

At approximately 2:45 pm today, Thursday, October 16th, IT was aware of problems affecting calls to off-campus numbers from UW VoIP phones.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 4:55 pm, Thursday, October 16th.
